Quality Assurance & Warranty
Considering the unique nature of cycling and to enhance the user experience of Up-Vine wheelsets, we offer the following warranty services. Products must be purchased from an authorised Up-Vine dealer at the official retail price. We provide a one-time free warranty service within two years for the rim, spokes, and hub (including accidental damage, but excluding intentional damage; the shipping costs during the warranty service will be borne by the customer).
Up-Vine does not fully guarantee the absolute safety of the product. Cycling itself is a dangerous activity and may result in injury or death.
Up-Vine is obligated to replace the product (limited to the same product or damaged part). The warranty does not cover damage caused by the following reasons:
- Arbitrarily altering the structure of the wheelset.
- Mixing the use of metal rim brake pads with carbon fiber rim brake pads.
- Improper installation or use with incompatible products.
- Improper use, e.g., using road wheelsets on unpaved roads, transporting or shipping.
Note: There is a risk of wheelset damage due to use of incorrect parts or tools.
- Do not use metal tire levers,only use valve stems that are sufficiently long.
- The maximum internal tire pressure for the wheelset and tires must not be exceeded. Only use rim tape, inner tubes, and tires that match the corresponding size of the wheelset.
- Rim brake carbon fiber wheelsets are not recommended for use with latex inner tubes. The heat retention of carbon fiber and the heat sensitivity of latex increase the risk of a blowout.
